We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful hilly region. The rooms were recently refurbished and very clean, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The pool was a highlight, and the breakfast variety was great. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a homely feel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The location of this place is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Situated in a mostly residential area, it offers a peaceful and tranquil environment. We were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to the train station, making it convenient for those arriving by public transportation. The hotel is also located on the slopes of the Alps, providing breathtaking views and opportunities for outdoor activities. Furthermore, its close proximity to the autobahn allows for easy access and convenience for travelers.
This hotel is highly recommended, especially for families.

Decent amount of free parking.
A little out of the way in terms of being in downtown Bad Aibling -- not close to shops and restaurants.

Good breakfast + nice breakfast rooms. Bathroom with bathtub, spacious wardrobes with cloth hangers and shelves (I.E. good for long-time stay). The pool area is not very big for the size of the hotel, but it is clean and well-designed, accessible from all the houses of the hotel through underground corridors.
"Family" rooms are very crowded, four beds fill up the whole room. The Family appartment which we ended up in with a separate living room is slightly better, but the single desk in the "living" room was completely occupied by big TV-set, impossible to have it removed from room, we were being told. Sauna is only open from 4 pm (I.E. no wellness in the morning, apart from the pool). Somehow the place is lacking atmosphere.

A double room was shabbily converted into a family room by 2 dismantable beds...very uncomfortable for kids

Very nice pool and relaxing area.
The restaurant is very stuffed with flies, all over the food in the buffet area but also during dinner itself on your plates, very, very disturbing. The personel was quite ignorant, either too busy (thus understaffed) or they just do not care about service,

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a vast selection of food, and the hotel facilities were excellent. the location is quiet and surrounded by nature with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location of the hotel was goos as it is clos to Rosenheim city which has some good options for shopping and fun for kids as well
The room was quite small as family room, i expected something with 2 separate rooms, but what we got was a single room with 4 beds congested in the room and no space left for any other thing than sleeping. The swimming pool is small comparing to the number of people using it, and finally it was a must to be "textile free" (in other words naked) to enter the sauna and this is not accepted for many people and I think when you talk about international environment you should consider other people's cultures and habits and adopt to it somehow.

The countryside surrounding the hotel was beautiful and the facilities were well-maintained. There was a shuttle bus available for those wanting to explore the area. , the breakfast buffet was generous.
The room decor was outdated. the noise level was loud enough to disturb our sleep.
